Benefits & Compensation

The salary for a fellow in the Baker Teaching Fellowship is $42,500. The starting salary for a lead teacher is $47,000. Each salary that is offered is based on experience. We also offer health benefits (medical, vision and dental) that are free for individuals (in most cases). We also provide extensive coaching and professional development.

More Time

Our teachers get more time to help children develop the knowledge, skills, character, and habits necessary to achieve their dreams while making the world a better place. Current contract hours for teachers are 7:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.
